Using the specific requirements for the promotion you seek, and either the custom résumé and targeted cover letter I’ll have created with you in my second Premium Package, or a résumé of your own, I will put you through a rigorous practice interview – mixing both Behavioral Interviews (focusing on your past experiences) and Situational Interviews (focusing on hypothetical future situations) questions.
Normally, two complete rounds of interview / feedback / interview will do it, but if we need more practice, no problem, and no extra charge.
With your rock-solid interview self-confidence, the butterflies in yur real interviews will be minimal. You’ll be clear-headed, know when to shut it, when to talk, and how much to say.
